Terms & Conditions

1. All listed price are nett price for agent (No more discount !)

2. All art-works must be provided  in Illustrator , Photoshop or CorelDraw  format ( no art-works or any amendment will be done by us.)

3. Delivery charges and postage to be paid by dealer. ( Charge according weight ,10kg=+-Rm15 ,20kg=+-Rm25. 30kg=+-Rm35 .   W.Malaysia only)

4. Must bank-in full amount + postage to confirm the order.

5. Bank-in 50% deposit  and balance COD for self-Collection of goods ( No postage will be charged)

6. Production Lead Time : 7 - 14 working from confirm art-works and bank-in date ( depends on quantity order)

7. Additional charges for producing a sample . ( totally Or partially refund when  the order is confirmed )

8.You can walk-in to our K.L Office to chose and buy the samples you needed ( Certain items are FOC)

9.We are selling sample kit completed with almost 80% of our products.
   Just bank-in Rm60 to our bank account , sample kit will be sending to your address in 3 working days
   ( E. Malaysia Rm70 , Self-collection : Rm50)
